Boyfriend of the Week: George Clooney

It's time for Boyfriend of the Week. One of the things that I love about this weekly feature is that it inspires you guys to make suggestions on who should be the next boyfriend of the week. ANd so this week, I'm hoping to please those of you who have asked for a boyfriend who is of the more distinguished (i.e. older) variety. :)

I aim to please and there are many hunky, distinguished guys out there to choose from, so it's definitely no hardship. So today I bring you Mr. George Clooney. Though he can't seem to maintain a relationship for very long (this whole week long boyfriend stint is probably perfect for him), he definitely is nice to look at, is a great actor, and seems to have a great sarcastic sense of humor.

Boyfriend of the Week: Paul Rudd

Today's my birthday and I'm at home with a sick kidlet. Kind of a bummer for us both. So what's a girl to do to cheer herself up? Why post pics of the boyfriend of the week of course!

This week's is an old favorite of mine. I've had a little thing for him since he was the object of Alicia Silverstone's affection in Clueless--Paul Rudd. I know sometimes he plays the goofy character, which can kind of make you forget how damn cute he is. But beyond being drool-worthy, he seems samrt and I think he'd be someone that would always keep you laughing.

Boyfriend of the Week: Ryan Gosling

Okay, so this weekend me and the hubs actually got to have a date night and we went to see Crazy, Stupid Love. And OMG, beyond giving me this week's boyfriend, it was such a great movie! Like best movie I've see all year. For reals. Go see it. I really did laugh out loud throughout and also had to fight back tears. 

The writer in me wants to see it again just so I can break down all the genius things they did with the script. The super fast setup, the great hook, the way they had two major storylines that blended together seamlessly. Oh, and there's even a Dirty Dancing reference. So win all around. Did I mention you should go see it?

Need more of a sales pitch? How about the delicious Ryan Gosling to tempt you into to the theatre. He was so funny and likeable in this movie while still playing a super smooth "player" role. And the reaction that Emma Stone has at the end of the preview below--"Oh my god, it's like you're photo-shopped!"--is what you know we'd all be thinking in her position. But anyhoo, here is this week's Boyfriend. Enjoy!

Boyfriend of the Week: Matt Damon

Today's Boyfriend of the Week is an old favorite. I tend to go for darker-haired guys vs. blonds, but this guy can pull off either hair color. Plus he plays a great badass in movies and I love his Boston accent.

Boyfriend of the Week: Jake Gyllenhaal

Happy Tuesday, everyone! I wasn't sure who I was going to pick for the boyfriend this week. It's been a long week with a sick and super grumpy kidlet and sleepless nights. But then I was watching the Today show this morning and saw a segment about this very guy helping with a school program in California. He volunteers in an inner city school, teaching the kids gardening and how to grow their own food so that they learn how to eat healthy. How awesome is that? 

Anyway, it reminded me how hot this lovely guy is. So enjoy!
